Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Aurélle. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@Aurélle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for size or color within the return period.
  • To request an exchange, contact support@Aurélle.com before sending the item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
