We want you to love your purchase from Aurélle. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team at support@Aurélle.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for size or color within the return period.
- To request an exchange, contact support@Aurélle.com before sending the item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
